Kevin Ray, DPM

Dr. Kevin Ray, DPM, received his undergraduate degree in Biology from South Carolina State University, and his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College Of Podiatric Medicine in New York City, NY in 2002.
He completed two residencies in Philadelphia, PA: one in podiatric medicine and orthopedics at the University of Pennsylvania, and the other in foot and ankle surgery at Drexel University College of Medicine.
Dr. Ray is licensed in New York, and is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association. He has affiliations with a number of hospitals including Palmetto Health Baptist in NY, as well as Palmetto Health Richland Hospital, The Regional Medical Center, and Mount Sinai Hospital in Queens.
As a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, Dr. Ray has a focus on both reconstructive foot surgery and ankle surgery, and also specializes in heel pain, diabetic wound care, and sports medicine.
Dr. Ray has been in practice since 2002. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, and is proud to provide excellent podiatric care for the diverse community of Jackson Heights, NY.
Kelvin Barry, DPM

Dr. Kelvin Barry, DPM has been in practice for 14 years, and is pleased to bring his expertise to the patients of Footcare Now in Jackson Heights, NY.
He began his undergraduate studies at Brooklyn College where he received his BS in Biology before graduating with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2004.
In 2007, Dr. Barry completed a three-year Podiatric Medical and Surgical Residency at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. His education and areas of interest have led him to specialize in wound and diabetic foot care, trauma, and deformities of the foot and ankle.
Dr. Barry is Board-Certified by the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry and is a member of Pi Mu Delta National Podiatry Service Society, the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, the Brooklyn College Alumni Association, and Phi Sigma Chi Fraternity Alumni.
Toru Shimoji, DPM

Dr. Toru Shimoji, DPM graduated from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, IL with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 2011.
He is affiliated with several hospitals in New York including Westchester Medical Center, Jamaica Hospital Medical Center and Mount Sinai Beth Israel Brooklyn Medical Center.
Dr. Shimoji has a special interest in sprains, sports medicine, wound and ankle care, and excels in podiatric urgent care.
With his experience, areas of expertise, and ability to speak multiple languages including Spanish, Dr. Shimoji is a huge asset to Footcare Now and the culturally-rich community it serves.
